SUMMARY
The Server ensures that dining guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service and product to exceed guests' expectations. Accurately takes orders for food/beverage while listening carefully to guest needs and recommends options; Enters orders into POS accurately; Retrieves and delivers guest orders from kitchen; Prepares check and collects payment; Prepares tables and seating areas for service; Performs side work duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate should have a high school education or equivalent. Previous restaurant experience and experience with Micros or other POS system is highly desired. Must have ability to effectively communicate with the guests, as well as fellow associates in the front and back of the restaurant. A positive, service centered attitude is a must! Reliable transportation is required.

WORK HOURS
This position requires a varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours. The Server may be required to work occasional overtime. Flexibility in schedule is a must.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires the ability to kneel, crouch, bend, stoop, squat, and climb, as well as the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds intermittently and at a distance typically of less than 50 feet. Additionally, this position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking, as well as the ability to walk at a quick pace and with agility and balance.
