RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures that guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service and product to exceed guest expectations
  • Produces culinary offerings in any part of the resort kitchen for dining outlets, special events, delivery, takeout or other dining venues
  • Responsible for food production, preparation, and cooking items a la carte according to menu plans and recipe cards
  • Sanitation and accuracy are critical as food needs to be handled and stored properly to ensure guest safety and satisfaction


REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of culinary experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation is required

WORK HOURS
Typical schedule Thursday through Sunday 6 am to 2 pm. However, schedule varies and may require holidays, and extended hours. Flexibility in schedule a must.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and standing and walking for long periods of time.
