RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service and product to exceed guest expectations
- Produces culinary offerings in any part of the resort kitchen for dining outlets, special events, delivery, takeout or other dining venues
- Responsible for food production, preparation, and cooking items a la carte according to menu plans and recipe cards
- Sanitation and accuracy are critical as food needs to be handled and stored properly to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree preferred
- At least 1 year of culinary experience preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
WORK HOURS
Typical schedule Thursday through Sunday 6 am to 2 pm. However, schedule varies and may require holidays, and extended hours. Flexibility in schedule a must.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position requires frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs and standing and walking for long periods of time.
