RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that Resort Guests have a memorable experience by delivering quality service to exceed guest expectations. Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained at the level which meets or exceeds company standards. Greets Guests approaching or arriving. Consistently creates a positive guest and associate experience. May also perform a combination of cleaning duties to maintain impeccable cleanliness of Guest rooms while insuring that Guests have well stocked supplies/amenities in their rooms. Responds to questions, and resolves problems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous housekeeping supervisory experience; positive interpersonal skills; excellent customer service skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently lift/carry up to 10 lbs.; occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; standing and/or walking for long periods of time

WORK HOURS
This is a full-time position. Schedule is 5 days per week, typically 8am to 4:30pm. Schedule varies to include weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours. Flexibility in schedule is a must.
