  • Reconcile all daily activity of the hotel, while providing a professional, welcoming experience for our guests needs.
  • Checks accounting records for accuracy and on a daily basis, summarized and compiles information for the hotel's records.
  • Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
  • Post room charges to guest accounts.
  • Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
  • Transfer all advance deposits.
  • Verify that all charges posted from the POS Software are correct.
  • Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Check figures, posting, and documents for accuracy.
  • Prepare End of day procedure.
  • Follow the: End of Day / Night Audit Checklist.
  • Balance the day's charges, making corrections as necessary.
  • Run end of day in property management software. (PMS)
  • Work unsupervised in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Knowledge of how to operate required computer equipment.
  • Responds to guest needs, special request and concerns and alert the appropriate manager.
  • Must be able to work Weekends and Holidays.
